LuMay Projects (Pty) Ltd is a multi-disciplinary infrastructure development company with capacity to execute engineering works and building project, timeously and according to budget. Founded by Alain Lukusa, a qualified structural engineer, our markets range from private to corporate as well as to government departments.
We provide a turnkey solution to full range of projectss related to the engineering field. The core field of the company is construction and ability to run a consulting department. The company being a small business, we are in a position to tackle this project and providing tailored services to our client requirements, which can range from civil, Electrical, Mechanical, General building, as well as maintenance of commercial complex and Project Management.

Lumay primary objective of the project management department is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints, and our secondary and more ambitious objective is to optimize the allocation of necessary inputs and apply them to meet pre-defined objectives We offer projects programming, Projects Costing, Feasibilities studies, Projects administration, and project control. Our project management aim is also to shape or reform the client's brief in order to feasibly be able to address the client's objectives. Once the client's objectives are clearly established, they should influence all decisions made by Lumay projects. .
